Each Love Ted Designs piece is lovingly handmade to order, crafted with care and always attention to every detail.
Our current turnaround time is shown in the banner at the top of our website, please check this before placing your order.
All items are safely packaged using fully recyclable wrap, tissue paper and sturdy boxes to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (Royal Mail)
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: 6–7 business days
International postage starts from £14.00

Please note that customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply outside the UK. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Recent US Tariffs are pre paid by us to reduce custom delays and provide a smoother delivery process. This may change at time.
DELIVERY ISSUES AND ADDRESS DETAILS
While we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives safely and on time, occasional postal delays or handling issues can happen, these are unfortunately beyond our control once your parcel has left us.
If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please get in touch and we’ll happily help trace it and, if needed, open a claim with Royal Mail. We allow up to 28 working days before a parcel is classed as missing.
Please double check your delivery details at checkout, especially the postcode to help avoid delays.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll happily resend it, though an additional postage fee will apply.
If the parcel can’t be returned to us due to an address error, a new order would need to be placed.
