Orders & Personalisation
Can I change / cancel my order?
Yes, if you email us within 12 hours and we haven’t started production yet.
The design is exactly what i am looking but can i change the font?
Not everyone loves the same fonts! Drop us a message via our Contact page and we’ll happily find something that works for you or tweak the wording slightly.
Can I see a preview before you make it?
If you’d like to see a proof or font sample before production, please get in touch. Proofs may add an extra 1–2 days to your turnaround time.
What if there’s a mistake on my order?
Please double-check personalisation details when ordering. If the mistake matches what you entered, we can’t offer a return. If it’s our error, we’ll send a replacement straight away
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely. Send us your idea and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Delivery & Collection
What’s your turnaround time?
Orders are usually made in 3–5 working days. In busy times like Christmas it can be a little longer.
Can you rush my order?
Select Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout and leave us a note with your date. We’ll always do our best.
What delivery options do you offer?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 in the UK.
International shipping is shown at checkout.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes, collection from Portadown, Co.Armagh is available.
Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos. If it’s our mistake or damaged in the post, we’ll replace it quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, 5–10 working days to Europe,7–14 working days worldwide. Import fees duties or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
We use premium acrylic (3–5mm) and FSC timber.
How do I care for acrylic pieces?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid sprays or chemicals, as these may cause scratches.
How do I display or hang my items?
For wall signs and décor, we recommend using command strips, hooks or standoff fixings depending on the surface. Always follow mounting instructions carefully and keep small parts away from children.
