Refund policy
We want you to love your Love Ted Designs piece. Every item is handmade to order with care, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
RETURNS
- Returns are accepted on non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- To request a return, please email us at hello@loveteddesigns.com before sending your item back. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Because each personalised item is uniquely made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these pieces unless they are faulty or damaged.
Please double-check spelling, colours, and details at checkout as we cannot accept responsibility for customer errors.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged:
- Please keep all packaging and email us with your order number and a clear photo of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. If a refund is agreed instead, the item must be returned before any credit is processed.
